Water Park Day

We had a great day at the water park - Wet n' Wild Hawaii.  The girls and I have passes and we got Paige and Nene a pass too - it was the same price for a pass as a one day admission.  Paige didn't mind staying in the kiddie section with the smaller rides.  Emma kept saying to Paige, "Come on Paige, let's go!"  Emma just loves her cousin and it is so fun to watch:-)!!  Nene did watch the girls while Paige and I went on some bigger rides.  Here are some pictures we took with our phones....

Last night, we went out to Genki Sushi because mom loves sushi and this place is cheaper and easy!

Nene and Paige are here!!

Aloha Nene and Paige

Paige and Nene arrived safely on Tuesday afternoon.  Emma was so excited and loved tracking their airplane on the internet.  She kept saying, "Nene is getting closer"!
The girls waiting for their arrival!
Someone fell asleep on the way to the airport.

After the airport we did our usual trip to Target so Wilmaclaus could spoil all of the girls:-)!  Emma loved having Paige in the cart with her:-).

Yesterday morning Emma and Sophie had to have the "yummy, sugary" cereal with Paige.

Here are some picture from our day at Ko Olina.  We had a great day and all the girls took good naps - this makes mommy very happy.  I do think we wore out Paige though.  She pretty much slept from 4pm until 7am this morning - she did wake up for supper and to watch a little America's Got Talent! Today we are off to the Water Park so I'm sure I will have lots of pictures to share:-).

We also had lunch at Longboards and you definitely pay for the view and not the food!  We had 2 kids meals, 2 adult meals, 2 mai tai's, 1 kiddie cocktail and our bill was $95!!!

Paige and her kiddie cocktail!

Hmmm...now I know why mom had to take so many pictures of all of us at the table, hehe!!!

Sophie had fun with Paige's ranch:-)!

I seem to be on a roll lately on my blogging:-)!  I am trying to get a routine in before my mom and Paige come tomorrow.  I have a feeling Paige's mommy will be missing her and will be looking forward to lots of pics!

Yesterday, we had a fun pool day at Ko'Olina.  Our friends Chad and Randi have a place here and have access to the NICEST pool area.  They even have little cabanas with a grill for residents to use!  My favorite part is the kiddie section that is only 1 1/2 feet!  It makes for lots of fun for Emma and Sophie!  We also got a chance to work on Emma's swimming skills - kicking and putting her face in the water.  The girls didn't take a nap so we had early to bed kids last night!  Sophie fell asleep on the way home (5:45ish) and sleep until this morning around 6:15.

Here is a view of the beautiful pool area!

Sophie and Uncle Chad

Today, we had stroller strides and then a little celebration for the one year anniversary since the owner, Jill, has owned the franchise.  The girls had a fun time at the park playing with the other kids and also having some snacks:-).
The owner of stroller strides, Jill!  She has an amazing body and heart:-)!

I'm really trying to be better about blogging more - it is just hard to find the time.  While the kids are always napping, I try to clean up around the house and start prepping dinner.  Emma is also starting to nap less and less unfortunately and I'm just trying to hang on to the naps as long as we can:-).  She really naps the best after a waterpark or beach day:-)!

We are also getting so excited for Nene and Paige to come on Tuesday and Papa on Saturday.  Emma is really starting to talk about her birthday and only asks for cake - hmmmm, that sound easy!!  We will most likely do a beach day on her actual birthday for the 4th and then head to the Disney Resort on the 6th.  She is also going to have a few friends with her for the character breakfast.  I have a feeling she will be super shy but who knows.  I am trying to get her ready by showing her the Disney Classics.  Last night, we watched The Little Mermaid and both kids really didn't move from their chairs mesmerized by the music.  I think this was really the first movie Emma sat through from beginning to end:-).  I didn't know these Disney Classics were so hard to find and can be bought on Amazon for a ridiculous price.  I think Beauty and the Beast or Cinderella will be next.

Sophie - Miss Sophie has been great.  She still only has 6 teeth but has no problems shoveling in the food:-).  Lately, I've been able to get her to eat strawberries for breakfast and this is exciting because normally I can't get her to eat anything.  The kid devours lunch and supper but won't eat anything for breakfast, so strange?  Sophie is going to bed easy again now that we have this turtle nightlight thing that shines stars and the moon.  Sophie is talking so much.  I think she is talking more than Emma did at 2!  She really tries to sing Twinkle, Twinkle and A, B, C's.  She is still daddy's little girl and is seriously getting cuter by the minute.  Sophie seems to get attention anywhere we go with that smile.  She is always flirting, smiling, waving...etc with strangers while we are out shopping, so cute!

Yesterday, we went to Ko Olina.  My stroller strides group goes on Fridays to Ko Olina and to the waterpark on Mondays.  Everyone either had plans or were out of town so it was only going to be us and one other family.  Parking gets crazy over there in the summer so the lot was full.  I surprisingly had cash on me so I was able to pay for parking in a marina close by.  The other family didn't have cash on them so it just ended up being me and the girls - a first for us.  I did talk my friend Randi into meeting us there for a bit while she was on her lunch break.  We still had a great time but I will be ready for our friends Jenn, Allie and AJ to get back from the mainland in July.

I didn't lug my big camera but I did take some pics with my phone.

Here are a few pictures of my attempt of getting both girls to sit, smile and look at the camera all at the same time, haha!!

And here was a huge accomplishment...
