Surfing Day 2

Today we went to White Plains Beach to go surfing. I caught a lot of waves today! I am also kinda getting used to the taste of salt water. You get a lot of water in your mouth even when you try not to. What happened to me was I fell off the surfboard and when I popped out from underwater and when i opened my mouth to breath a wave came and pushed me back under. Also the board pearled a few times on me. When the board pearls the front sinks down and you fall off and the board pops straight up in the air and comes crashing down. The first time I didn't realize it so I didn't put my arm over my head. Thank god the board didn't hit me though. The second time it pearled I fell and put my arm over my head and it almost hit me but again it didn't. The last time it pearled it crashed down and hit me in the back. 
Today, I caught one really good wave. I stood up on the board and I rode the wave until it wasn't really a wave anymore. Then another wave right behind it came and I caught it before I could fall. I didn't last on the second wave that long. I was on it for like 1 second then I finally fell. When I was done we had a picnic on the beach and I got a sunburn. After dinner we went out to a ice cream place. Sophie kept going into the kitchen so finally they put a ladder there so she couldn't get back there. That's all we did so bibi you wish you were here :P
